Our church has taken on the responsibility of being the sponsor for BSA Troop 1139 here in Slatersville. Pastor Sean and I recently had the privilege of attending the Court of Honor for their latest Eagle Scout, Evan Asfour.

Both my sons, Mike and Chris are Eagle Scouts and both were in Troop 1139. It was this Troop that assisted us in clearing away our old patio decking and they are looking forward to getting to know us better and working with us in the future.
