The SCC Handbell Choir traveled to Mathewson St. Church this past Sunday to share our music during their service. Margaret, Sally, Jan, April, Martha, and I played 3 pieces: Be Thou My Vision, He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands, and Do Lord, Remember Me. We had a wonderful time meeting the members of their congregation and seeing all the great work Mathewson St. Church does every day, helping their neighbors in need! A big thank you to John Staples for inviting us to play, Pastor Kevin Simon for being so welcoming, and Joan Bissonnette, who came to cheer us on and be our roadie.
