It is with regret and sadness that I must resign my position as Moderator effective November 1, 2025. My husband and I will be moving out of the area to be closer to our daughter. It has been an amazing and sometimes challenging experience to hold the position of Moderator but this Church has been exceptionally supportive and also fun to work with. SCC is a wonderful church and is poised to grow and become something even greater than it is now. The next challenge will be to make sure that new faces are brought on board swiftly so the ruling body of our church reflects new thoughts and ways. We should not be frightened by change but embrace it as a new future for Slatersville Congregational Church.
