
Sanctuary Sounds – July Update

The opening night is approaching (July 25th at 7 PM). Assistance is needed to ensure the success of this venture. The aim is to create a platform to inform, inspire, and entertain, thereby increasing community visibility.
In Globe Hall, there are two sign-up sheets. One is for attendees to indicate their presence so that preparations can be made accordingly. The other is for volunteers to sign up. There are three options for volunteering: setting up, working during the event (snack sales, managing the door, providing information to attendees, etc.), or helping with cleanup. A minimum of 15 volunteers per event is desired.
The cost of attendance is $10 per person, with a maximum of $40 per family (parents and their children under the age of 18). We will be selling beverages and snacks during an intermission. We will offer brownies, cookies and pastries as well as beverages like iced coffee and tea and a special non-alcoholic spritzer.
Additionally, plans are underway to feature a variety of performances, including local musicians and guest speakers, to make each event unique and enriching. Church members are encouraged to spread the word among friends and neighbors to help build a vibrant and engaged audience. Together, we can make Sanctuary Sounds a success.
