For those who were not present in church at the beginning of September, Slatersville Congregational Church received an early Thanksgiving/Christmas/Birthday present from members of the Globe Congregational Church Corporation. A sum of $63,118.23 was gifted to us for our Building Fund. It will be put towards our patio project, gutter replacement, and French drain installation in Eastman Hall to prevent further water damage to our downstairs classrooms and meeting spaces.

Words cannot express our gratitude for Globe’s extremely generous and thoughtful gift. It left the leadership and membership of SCC speechless and overwhelmed. We so appreciate the members of Globe Church for their kindness and their trust in SCC to use their gift wisely. We offer our heartfelt thanks for an extraordinary donation!
