The North Smithfield Town Council will be passing an ordinance to restrict parking along the southerly side of the street on Ridge Road due to residents’ concerns about parking congestion and cars being parked on private property. It will take some time for the town’s DPW to put up the signs, so in the meantime, and in the spirit of being good neighbors, we are recommending that our congregation and guests try to avoid parking on Ridge Road altogether until it is clear where one should and shouldn’t park.

Note: the southerly side of Ridge Road, where signs will eventually be posted, is on the left side of the street if you are on Ridge Road and driving away from the church and the common.
