From South Main Street, Woonsocket, turn right onto 146-A. Continue 2 miles to the second set of lights at School Street. Turn left onto School. The Church on the Common is at the end of School Street.

From South Main Street, Woonsocket, turn right onto 146-A.Continue to the lights at Slatersville Plaza/Brigido’s. Turn left on North Main Street (Rt 5) until the end (Town Hall will be on your right). Go left on Green Street - church is straight ahead on the common.
Directions from the Uxbridge, MA
Take route 146-A south to the intersection of route 5. Continue straight through the lights on North Main Street (Route 5 north). You will come to the Town Hall on your right, bear left onto Green Street and the church is just ahead on your left.
